You can call during our normal business hours listed to the left. We'll answer the phone! No voice mail! We do have an answering machine for after hours only. We do not use voice mail, we really answer our phones!

No overseas orders accepted. Eighteen month warranty on NiCd batteries, one year on NiMH batteries. Our batteries denoted as high capacity have at least 20% more capacity than the OEM equivalent.

Returns: If you need to return something, call us up, we'll give you an RMA# and you return the item.
